WHO IT HELPS

Does this sound familiar?

For practices, shops, restaurants and on-site services where location matters to the customer’s choice. We start with your actual premises or service area.

Why work with WebSEOVision?

We diagnose where customers get stuck before recommending work. You hear what we can influence and where the limits are. We focus on the steps towards a conversation, booking or visit, not just profile visibility.

THE WORK IN PRACTICE

What the service includes

01

A profile people can rely on

Review Google Business Profile access, categories, services, name, address or service area, phone number, regular and holiday hours. You receive a list of discrepancies and agreed corrections.

02

A page for the actual location

Establish what customers search for and improve agreed pages: available services, coverage, visits, real photos and contact details. You receive a clear brief for each page, without city-name-swapped duplicates.

03

An easier route to contact

Test phone links, directions and the enquiry form on mobile. Prepare a way to request honest reviews after genuine service, with guidance for replies. You receive a test checklist and a maintenance process.

Scope boundaries

We agree the number of profiles and pages, corrections, access needs and maintenance before work begins. No fictional addresses, purchased reviews or promises of a first-place ranking.

HOW WE WORK

From the first check to a clear handover

  1. 1

    Establish the starting point

You confirm locations and services. We review the profile, pages and available data, then prioritise the work.

  2. 2

    Make the agreed corrections

Work through the approved list. Record where each change was made and how it can be checked; you retain ownership of the profile.

  3. 3

    Check and hand over

Walk through the customer journey on a phone. Hand over completed work, open tasks and responsibility for future updates.

Every task has a scope, an owner and a way to verify it.

What we measure — and what it means

Compare equal periods and account for seasonality. Report profile actions, website visits and business-confirmed enquiries separately. A phone click does not prove a completed call; a direction request does not prove a visit.

On the profile
Available searches, website clicks, phone clicks and direction requests in Business Profile.
On the website
Queries and clicks to local pages in Search Console; contact actions where measurement is configured.
In the business
Actual conversations, enquiries and bookings from your records, where those data are available.

Profile reporting can include actions from ads. We note campaigns and missing data rather than presenting them as organic growth.

How Google measures profile actions

The map and website work together

The profile represents your business in Maps and local results. Website pages explain services in detail and can appear in organic search. We work on the connection between them; broader SEO also covers searches without local intent.

Google describes three main factors for local results: relevance, distance and prominence. We cannot control the searcher’s location or guarantee a ranking.

Demonstration

Example finding

Conflicting opening hours

The website and profile show different times for customer visits.

Proposed action

Confirm regular and holiday hours with the person responsible for the location.

How we would verify it

Both sources match the confirmed hours, with the date of the check recorded.

Example finding

An unclear landing page

The profile links to a general page that does not explain the service.

Proposed action

Link to a suitable existing page with the service, coverage and contact details.

How we would verify it

The profile leads to the right service and an obvious next step.

Example finding

A booking step that is hard to find

Mobile visitors have to hunt for a way to book or call.

Proposed action

Place a clear contact link where customers are choosing the service.

How we would verify it

Check the number and form on a phone; submit a test only by agreement.

Your project records the specific URL, issue, correction, status and owner. We agree the final checklist with you.

BEFORE WE START

Practical questions

Can this help without a walk-in office?

Yes, it may suit an eligible business that serves customers at their addresses. We check service-area rules and hide your address if you do not receive customers there. An online-only business does not qualify on that basis.

Do I need a page for every city?

No. We first review actual coverage, search demand and existing URLs. A separate page needs useful, distinct information about the service in that place.

How do you handle customer reviews?

Prepare an invitation for honest feedback after genuine service and guidance for replies. No rewards, purchased ratings or selecting only satisfied customers. We do not post on your customers’ behalf.

When can I expect results, and what will it cost?

After the initial review, we establish the number of locations, issues and changes needed, then propose scope, price and delivery timing. Rankings and enquiry volumes cannot be guaranteed. Ongoing maintenance and reporting are agreed separately.

THE NEXT STEP

Where do local customers get stuck?

Share your website, profile and service area. We’ll discuss where people struggle: finding you, choosing a service or getting in touch. The next step is to agree which checks are needed and outline a proposal with scope, cost and timing.

Tell us what’s happening
Let’s discuss your website

First, we clarify what you need.

After receiving an enquiry, we discuss the context and whether we can help. Scope, price and timing are agreed before work begins.
