Privacy policy

This policy describes personal data processing in connection with this website and communications with WebSEOVision.

Let’s discuss your website

Last revised: 16 October 2026.

Who processes your data

The service provider and data controller is Davide 2020 EOOD, Bulgarian company registration number 207645525, Sofia, Bulgaria. For privacy questions and requests, contact contact@webseovision.com.

Information you provide

When you contact us through the form, by email or phone, you may provide your name, contact details, website address and information about your brief. Share only what is needed for the conversation. Do not include passwords, medical records or other sensitive information about your customers.

Why we use the information

We use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposal and deliver an agreed service. Processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract or comply with a legal obligation. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

The website and external services

Ordinary browsing does not send data to analytics or advertising platforms. In the Siniyat Magazin case study, you may choose to load a Facebook video. Only after a separate confirmation for that video does the page connect to Meta, which receives technical connection data and may use cookies. Closing the video removes the embed; cookies already stored can be managed in your browser. An email link opens your email application; a phone link opens the calling application available on your device. Linked external websites have their own privacy rules.

Recipients and retention

Email, hosting, technical and accounting service providers may support correspondence and service delivery where necessary, subject to the relevant agreements. Information is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, including applicable legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Requests and complaints

Send requests to contact@webseovision.com. We may need clarification to establish your identity and the scope of the request. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

Changes

We update this page when our processing changes. Arrangements for a specific service may include additional information about personal data processing.
